Bloomberg-Backed Pennsylvania Attorney General Convicted of Perjury, Conspiracy

Bad news for gun control, apparently? Pennsylvania recently hosted the Democratic National Convention. What's going on down there?
Kane came to the attention of many gun rights supporters in 2013, when she unilaterally halted the recognition of Pennsylvanians’ non-resident Florida Concealed Weapon Licenses. The move forced Florida permit-holding Pennsylvania residents who wanted to continue to exercise their Right-to-Carry to acquire a Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms.
Sentencing is set for October 24th.

One way to protect our rights is to remove these criminals from office and put them in jail where they belong. Here in PA the corrupt politician have been removed from office by the hundreds. Unfortunately 1000's get away just like cockroaches. We elect these criminals/leaders faster than we can prosecute them.

This is the sad reality of voting party over the best person. The criminals are supported instead of weeded out.

I would say so. I recall reading last year or so where a State refused- withdrew recognition of gun permits from a number of other States due to concerns over checks and such.
This was then changed as the IIRC concerns were addressed.
I would hazard a guess that not all permits from a State are recognized in the other 49??

    Quick search turned this up

States Recognizing Florida License / Related Information / Concealed Weapon License / Licensing / Divisions & Offices / Home - Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services

Recent Modifications to the Reciprocity List:

October 15, 2015: Effective this date, Maine will honor a Florida concealed weapon license.
April 25, 2013: Effective this date, Washington will no longer honor a Florida concealed weapon license.
February 4, 2013: Effective this date, Pennsylvania will no longer honor a Florida concealed weapon license if the license holder is not a resident of the state of Florida

Not only on public perception and reputation, but cops simply won't want to police these neighborhoods anymore.

Kane's next stop after her time in the AG's office was going to be the Governors office but
instead she will be spending some time in a jail cell.
Anti-gun Bloomberg donated lots of money to Kane and that has all been wasted.

She got off too light for this flagrant abuse by a public official.

A judge sentenced former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane on Monday to 10 to 23 months in prison for committing multiple felonies stemming from a politically motivated act of retribution.

Exactly. And Michael Bloomberg has been going around the US, funding shyster, anti-gun candidates and putting them in office. We have a bunch of scum like that here in Oregon.

The AG of NY, did the same thing with the AR15s....overstepping her authority. These people need to be removed.
One down in Pa., so many more to go!

I love that part. I hope more of his cronies get busted.

Yes it is. When a person running for President has continuously violated the law and does not get charged or prosecuted...that is insane. It trickles down from the top.
