Ukrainian Politician Leaves Wife Because of Her Racy Social Media Posts - Mandatory

In America, it is typically the politicians who get themselves in trouble with their wives because of social media. In Ukraine, it is apparently the other way around.

Alena Politukha is the wife of the head of the local council, and regularly shares sexy selfies and other racy photos with her Twitter followers.

According to Politukha, her husband's departure came as a surprise.

"Suddenly my husband left home without any explanation at the end of the last year," she said. "He left me and our son without any livelihood or means of supporting ourselves."

While the husband has never publicly commented on his disapproval of Alena's scantily clad Twitter photos and whatnot, it is widely believed that this is the reason why he left her.

It's obviously very sad that Politukha and her son have been left with nothing, but we are hopeful that this story will raise awareness of her situation and help her get back on her feet. As for the husband, well, we simply hope he can live with his decision.

I think he left her best assets with her. At least what she seemed to be advertising looks marketable. Not to worry, she'll land on her feet or a comfortable stem, don't ya' know?

As a general rule, the younger generations of Ukrainian ladies are gorgeous. Summertime in Odessa is ... quite unforgettable.

Sometimes you have to say that it's time to walk away.

You can't have that and stay married.

Enjoyed the roller coaster but now it's time to et back to the real world.

For a start, she could refrain from deliberately going out of her way to so blatantly advertise herself as being sexually "available" to every drooling male on the internet (and likely in real life as well) when she voluntarily made a vow to be faithful to her husband alone.

Would you feel comfortable with your significant other dressing such a way, and displaying such behaviors on a public street corner?

A guy posts a picture of himself flexing without a shirt on, is he a whore? Is he provocative? Is he betraying his wife?

You're making a lot of judgments about a woman based on a few photos. If you'd only been shown pictures of her holding a child, would you have assumed she was a wonderful wife and mother? What does your god say about judgments, hmm?

My wife does not post photos like that, no. If she did, however, I wouldn't call her a whore. Would you call your wife a whore for posing in bikinis?

If the woman on the beach were deliberately going out of her way to sexually "present" herself as this woman was in front of a crowd of cheering, oversexed men?

Face it. This is, for all intents and purposes, the digital equivalent of the kind of behavior and mindset exemplified by drunken coeds on Spring Break getting up on stage and shaking their asses in front of crowds of rowdy frat boys.

It is questionable conduct at the best of times. For a married woman, however, let alone one with children and a spouse who has expressed disapproval concerning such behavior in the past, it is completely inappropriate, and openly disrespectful to both her husband and her marriage in general.

Would you feel comfortable with a wife who regularly displayed such wantonly provocative and shamelessly flirtatious behavior towards other men?
