Not sure I would want that person as a dispatcher. Lack of judgement, it would seem.

I suppose, but most of them have slightly better judgement so that they don't get caught.

I just sprayed a nasty herbicide for grass and weeds in my yard in AZ,
give them a week to droop, die, and dry, and the weed smokers can give it a try.

from what I know about lungs, smoking anything is stupid..
