Nixon was never impeached. He was a man and resigned before impeachment proceedings were started. That is more than Clinton would ever do. Clinton made history by being the second President ever impeached.

The impeachment was not supported by a 2/3 majority, therefore it contained no punitive actions.

What purpose would a trial of Richard Nixon had served? His actions weren't nearly as bad as Clinton's and you know it or do you have such a short memory as to what actually happened.

Watergate was a stupid blunder on Nixon's part especially since he was winning by double digits. His coverup was the crime compared to Clinton lying under oath which underminds our entire legal system.

Nixon resigned from office, Clinton is now a hero to the left. Make sense to you? Of course it does
