Well according to wikipedia "About 4.5% of the troops and civilian police deployed in UN peacekeeping missions come from the European Union and less than one percent from the United States (USA)." and when talking about disproportionality you also have to look at the population of some of the countries involved. Though I would be interested in your sources as ive had trouble digging up detailed information.
