Look at the physical systems that make up internet infrastructure, and you find a network that is a lot more centralized than you might think....

The Pentagon spends millions and has 5,000 employees in its' Public Relations arm. This sounds like one of their excretions.
China bad.
Russia bad.
Putin bad.
Chinese threat.
Shoot em' up. Bang, bang. Russia and China problems are a result of bad USA policies.

I read that the Pentagon spends more on PR than all other federal departments combined. Makes sense.
 
Its funny you use China and Russia as examples, yet North Korea and Saudi Arabia are the most infamous examples of this.
