The purging of officers by the Obama administration continues with another Army colonel being relieved of his command.
>" Colonel Eric Tilley had commanded U.S. Army Garrison Japan. He was relieved of command because of an investigation that garnered no charges against him, with the reason being “lack of confidence”. There has been no other reason given and this is becoming a trend that many are starting to question. At no other time has this many military leaders, especially of this many levels within all branches, been relieved of important commands, especially with no criminal charges. Tilley’s civilian deputy, Jeffrey Wertz was reassigned in the move, as well...
Japan had another high level relieving of command. The investigation of Colonel Eric Tilley is said to not be connected to the investigation of his previous Major General Michael Harrison. Harrison was said to have been suspended over his handling of a sexual assault claim. < aka not being PC enough> So, in a six month period, the upper command in Japan, which also is the front line if China was to move into Taiwan or any of several scenarios of instability in the region dominated by Islamic and Communist powers. From Military Corruption Re: another high ranking officer being fired by Obama:
>"It's a trick we learned long ago when we were a command public affairs officer. Always release embarrassing news late on Friday afternoon. That way, it might be forgotten or "old news" by the time Monday of the following week rolled around.
True to form, the Pentagon press office waited until almost the end of the day Friday, Nov. 1, to confirm that COL Eric Tilley, commanding officer of the U.S. Army Garrison, Japan had been relieved of duty...
When pressed for more details, an Army spokesperson said it would be "inappropriate" to make public any allegations made against the colonel because "the investigation did not lead to a finding of criminal misconduct."<
I better put my two cents in.
President Obama continues gutting, purging and demoralizing the U.S. military while redefining the purpose and character of the military in the name of social engineering and political correctness.
For you who are still serving, keep your mouths shut and your eyes off of cleavage our you'll walk the plank.
Put a rainbow bumper sticker on your POV and you might get an unearned promotion by the Obama administration.
