Outraged by Kansas Justices’ Rulings, Republicans Seek to Reshape Court

Because you agree with it?

Because of the historical precedence........ The whole reason on trying to change the fundamental way in how judges are elected and how the state supreme court operates is because the judges have handed down a decision that says the legislature is not upholding their constitutional duty in funding the schools in a equitable manner.

You're right about the federal court. However, a judges decision still cannot be unconstitutional, no matter what their reasoning. That part of the statement stands. I agree with the ruling overturning prop 8 and also the ruling on DOMA. However, because I agree with those particular rulings it doesn't negate that there exists no integrity among the courts to stay to the original intent of the Constitution.

A LOWER court's ruling can be overturned, only the Supreme Court can't be declared unconstitutional. So your part of the statement that stands applies to at most 9 Justices... ;)

So cite where 'the courts' didn't stay with 'the original intent' of the Constitution along with some reference beyond your opinion... :peace

Of course, they don't care about success, they care about scaring their constituents in order to get votes.

And many times, the ones who are scathed are the very ones who will provide those votes.
