Sunday Febuary 7, 2010 Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Monday that Iran is set to deliver a "punch" that will stun world powers during this week's 31st anniversary of the Islamic revolution.

TEHRAN – World Shia Leader, Ali Khamenei stated on Sunday that the will of God is set for an end to the oppression in the region and the defeat of the hegemonic powers.

The Supreme Leader made the remarks in a meeting with Ramadan Abdullah, the secretary general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement.

Israel is going downhill toward decline and fall and God willing its obliteration is certain, the Leader noted.

If they continue to threaten Israel and do nothing people we ignore them. Like the boy who cried wolf. Maybe thats what they want. And then........

Im sure Israel is not ignoring them. But how long will they wait before they take action against Iran? Maybe thats what Iran wants, they want to draw Israel into a war. What do you all make of this?

Very hard to say. I haven't been able to dig up anything solid, but it worries me.

I think the leadership in Iran would welcome an Israeli strike right now. It would rally the population around their flag versus protesting the phoney election.

The Ayetoiletbowl is about to learn why he needs to refrain from flapping his terrorist rhetoric-spewing lips.

He is going to be the reason why many innocent people get killed. (A sife effect of war.)

Israel is NOT going to take threats of this type lightly. Iran can shut up or they can suck missles.

No ****. I've had a couple of JD's, I confess. But right now, nothing would do my heart any better than to turn on CNN and find out Iran just got buried in 120 foot of scalding soot and is soon to be buried in lava.

Unfortunately Israel’s military decisions are politicized. As we see ever since the Yom Kippur war in which Israel new with absolute certainty of a collaborated Arab attack but yet hoped for international mercy being the victim that wouldn’t strike first.(Israel needlessly lost 3000 of its infantry)
Today none of Israel’s military decisions are pertinently motivated.
