Don't sell yourself short. You are putting a lot of effort into it, and that's what counts.

I can never approach your level of perfection Sensai, to the master I must bow.

You need to realize I'm starting to get a bit up there in years and my recuperative powers are not quite what they used to be, so you'll have to be patient.

Indeed, all that time under bridges can't have been good for your posture.

Thank you.

However, these comments are quite distressing.

I myself baulk at the sight of so many ill informed people actually blaming the Arabs for all the wars in the ME between Isreal and the rest. However,I do not see it as cause to start making lists about supposed liars to make a blanket ignore list or worse.

That said, I apologise for any offence I have given and will gladly seek to rectify any you wish to tell me about.
If my view, and thus the view of so many in the world is too troubling for you and your fellow travellers to stomach, please tell me that I might cease to participate in this thread before I am reported for some offence or other.

I have no wish to anger or distress you in any way and will gladly place your feelings before my own if that is your wish, after all it is only a discussion forum.

Yes, comparatively few with those in other parts of isreal. Yet still enough to at least fill up a neighbourhood.

Nevertheless the point I was addressing with this example was not actually the numbers of such in Tel Aviv but whether their views and claims to land should be dismissed on the basis of their no-liberal cultural practices.

But none of the events, even those you take issue with above, receive the proportional coverage that any Israel action does.
You can try and poke some small holes.. but basically the article nails it I think.

ie,
Grozny had some reports .. but where was the UN? Any War crimes suggestions for the several day indiscriminate shelling (not with smart munitions) of the Chechnyan capital?
Any emergency meetings?
Thank you.

I have already stated that Isreal/ Palestine does receive extra coverage in western media and stated the reasons for this.

As for Grozny, the UN was nowhere because it was rebuffed by Russia obviously, a security council member. However, there have been plenty of war crimes suggestions, in fact the entire conflict is considered a war crime on the part of Russia.
For emergency meetings one requires the support of at least one or two super powers. Thus Russia could keep the worlds nose out of it as it wanted. Much like the USA defending Isreal from more binding resolutions time and again.

Another very similar also comes to mind:

Oh, and anti-semitism plays a Huge part in my mind.
There isn't any other explanation for the disproportionality of more resolutions against Israel than all other states combined.
Quote:
Perhaps you remember the OIC meeting of a few years ao, where Malaysian President Matahir got a standing ovation from ALL 57 Muslim nations for saying Jews controlled the World.
and SO much else.
Im afraid there is, as Ive stated. The support of the Muslim world for the Palestinians directly explains the amount of resolutions.

On the basis of who repeatedly crossed enemy borders and stayed and built towns, its pretty fundamental to the question of responsibility.

In your previous comment you have declared that the following wars were started and/or declared by the State of Israel:

1948 Arab?Israeli War - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Six_Day_War Six_Day_War

Yom_Kippur_War Yom_Kippur_War

First_Lebanon_War First_Lebanon_War

Second_Lebanon_War Second_Lebanon_War

Gaza_war Gaza_war

This is, of course, wrong, and hence, I would like to hear your explanation as to why the facts presented to us by History are false and why Israel was the one responsible for these wars.

Bear in mind that you have already lost your credibility as you opposed facts that the entire rational world would agree on, but I would still like to hear your explanation, however irrational it might be.
