I'm still wondering why, if Iraq had this yellowcake for two decades before Mar 2003, was it all of a sudden make it an "urgent threat" in March 2003?

If the yellow cake was WMD, then Hussein had it for two decades and never used it to make dirty bombs for terrorists.

All of my arguments are fact based. I am a sailor and I have seen, heard, and been exposed to **** you civilians never will. When I speak it is from experience or direct/indirect knowledge of a subject.

Granted, I am not a nuclear engineer, but the fact the Iraqis had enriched nuclear material is a sign of their intent to make nuclear weapons.

Why else would they have 500 tons of it?
