Re: The Price of Obama's Inaction in Syria

The Saudi monarchy may indeed allow no more than Syria's Assad did, and yet the people of Syria demanded democracy. Why not the Saudis?
Our failure to provide timely support in 2012 compelled the moderate opposition in Syria to make alliances they would not otherwise have made.

Moderate opposition? The majority fighting the Syrian government are committed jihadists, the only moderate opposition left have either been killed, fled or joined a terrorist group.

Why can't you just stop endorsing interfering in other countries? Just leave them alone.

Re: The Price of Obama's Inaction in Syria

Of course Assad was 70% approved. Disapproval led to prison. Are you really that naive?
BHO is doing the right things with insufficient vigor.

That's jacks spin. Do you understand that the 30% that disapproved didn't go to prison. That's your third lie in 24 hours.

You lack basic knowledge.

You lack basic knowledge.

No debate or intellect just say I have no basic knowledge. What a cop out. Pathetic.

Re: The Price of Obama's Inaction in Syria

Get back to me when an indigenous Saudi pro-democracy movement emerges. People first have to be willing to fight for their own freedom. That is what is so admirable about the Syrians.

Bull****, few Syrians are fighting other than Islamic militants that aren't much different than the Islamic State that wouldn't rule Syria any better. Syrians are mostly concerned with surviving the fighting going on around them, or fleeing in mass. That's 4.

The Syrians are fighting and dying for their freedom. Inspiring.

Living a fantasy... total lunatic.

I've noticed often that death is inspiring to you.

Re: The Price of Obama's Inaction in Syria

I'm not the one who has chosen to be an apologist for a murderous tyrant at war with his own people.

You just said that Syrians dying inspires you though. ;)

Prisons are for the living.

From Jack Ryan Hays,

Of course Assad was 70% approved. Disapproval led to prison. Are you really that naive?
BHO is doing the right things with insufficient vigor.

Moving your position now to suggest that the 30% were killed.

Prison not the final stop on their journey. Disapproval led to prison. Prison led to the grave.

Except there's no evidence to bear out your little fantasy.

Re: The Price of Obama's Inaction in Syria

The people aren't there anymore. Just like Germany, once upon a time.

Where's the evidence dude? Mass graves, a sudden decline in Syrian population by 30%.

Re: The Price of Obama's Inaction in Syria

Wait until the successor regime controls Syria.

That will be a pro Russian government. But there's not going to be any evidence that Assad disappeared the 30% of his people that didn't give him a thumbs up in NATO's poll.
