Does the truth hurt or who are we supporting. I'm ashamed of USA policies in Libya, Syria, Iraq, etc. The CIA and the USA are funding, arming, training, and transporting Islamic Fundamentalists ergo we are on the side of the "bad guys." It's up to us to change our Nation's direction. Continuous war tends to create a war-making gov't and industrial base and that is what we have. A gold plated turd is still a turd, don't ya' know?

So, would he say the same regarding Novorossiya fighters in Ukraine, the Crimea, and Georgia? I doubt it.

However, he may be correct that a lot of those the US have trained and supplied have gone over to ISIS.

Well, it looks like the USA initiated coup in Ukraine has some unintended consequences. How many killed in the Crimean election that gave Russia great credibility as the new Management? Georgia got its' ass kicked for invading its' neighbors and Putin and Company marched to the outskirts of the Georgian capitol and made it real clear they could march in and kick ass, and then turned around and went home, satisfied that they had demonstrated great power and simple mercy. Does that sound like a Nation with an Imperialist policy to create a greater Russia. The CIA funded a Billion dollars to Islamic Fundamentalists in Syria. I repeat myself, they are the bad guys.

I'm not buying what you're selling. The author of the al Jazeera link is employed by a US think tank (most are CIA front groups), but the name of the think tank is not mentioned. USArmy and Defense consultant doesn't have any credibility. The great hero of Georgia, Saakashveli is now a fugitive from Georgia and a Ukraine citizen and governor of the Odessa region of Ukraine. Gosh, could he be a CIA operative, like the Economic Minister Jaresko, and other CIA assets in that gov't?
