Perhaps according to those that push garbage sources. Others are capable of looking at the source, including criticisms, and coming to the same conclusion. You don't do that because you don't care about the source as long as it pushes your false narratives and conspiracy theories.

I believe that mainstream media reflects the views and perspectives of its owners and their friends IE the rich and powerful . IE those that pay the piper call the tune

I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that those that own the mainstream media would use it as a vehicle to benefit themselves do you ? If I employed a gardener I wouldn't want him to put plants in the garden that I didn't like. Is that unreasonable ?

It's unreasonable because we're not talking about a garden with a gardener. Claiming the news is a garden displays the depth of the conspiracy theory.

But let's go with that for fun. We're talking about thousands of acres, thousands of employees, all generating presentations that you claim are being scripted. For the owners and their friends (read: other Jews?) to present their perspective would require scripting thousands of people, hundreds of writers and dozens of presenters.


A handful of people controlling mainstream news is a conspiracy so vast as to eclipse Truthing. It's really just an excuse to use wacko blogs as ones worldview.

I never claimed that the news is a garden though. The analogy was concerned with ownership. As anyone could see , maybe with the oddball exception

It's a fact that ownership of the mainstream media outlets has indeed shrunk into the hands of a relatively small group of people. A trend that has been going on for years now. Are you disputing it ?

They don't all have to be " scripted " ,they just have to hold opinions that are , by and large , within the parameters the owners would like/prefer. If they don't then you won't employ them , if you do and they stray or oppose the editors hand you can get rid. It's not rocket science

It's not science at all, it's conspiracy. You're beyond 'Fox and Msnbc are biased' and into 'owners (and "friends") control the media'.

Who are the owners' friends? Why should the owners include their friends?

Tell you what , do some research about corporate ownership of the mainstream media and work it out for yourself .

Ask yourself why corporation owners would want to cosy up to those in power who can influence corporate legislation etc

And be brave
 
No one who is attacking Israel for defending itself against Islamist war criminals has to use the word "Jew" for everyone to know what's got him agitated.
