20% of the Israeli population are Arabs who are citizens by all definition. The condition of their living is 10 times double better that the lives of Arabs in Arab countries. The Israeli Arabs have the vote and there are about 12 Arab parliament members in the Israeli parliament.
There are Israeli Arabs in all fields: lawyers, judges, physicians, major-generals in the army and even pilots in the Israeli Air Force, there was an Arab beauty queen in 1999. For years the editor of the main news edition in the Israeli television was an Arab in the name of Rafik Khalavi.
