Well, you need to give it hell then. Is it a stomach bug that causes diarrhea/vomitting? If so maybe eat less... I would find a quiet place to rest, curl up in a few quilts like a big cocoon, and shut the rest of the world out. To be frank you should save your energy from DP and rest when possible, because I think that would help you heal faster.

Ugh, that's not good. If you can, take some naps and drink a lot of water. Mom always had us take vitamin C, too. I know you'll get feeling better soon, so hang in there. ;P
