I agree, I think frittering time, in the middle of a problem, especially then, can be productive. Headspace is necessary. Can't always be in super focus or you lose sight of the bigger picture. So it's good to see you being productive here.

Oh, for sure! I'm staying away from those kitties and I'm prepared too. I run with pepper spray and a personal alarm. LOL

Well, I'm not sure. I've never seen a warning, whereas, I have in the mountains of California. And, I've never heard of an attack or of one threatening up there. Maybe I'm being naive??? Mountain Lions, that's a different story. Even in my neck of the woods, which is rural, but still very close to civilization. *one was spotted at a nearby park over three days*

Yes, I do need to make the time. Unfortunately, recent events have me anchored more firmly than ever. It won't be the case forever though.

I've been up there and all over the Cascades. Some of the most lovely walks ever. I've always said, just about any direction one looks in Oregon, it's like a post card. But you wouldn't have to worry much about bears here, especially around Mt. Hood.

Stop back in when you can. It was nice to see you posting again. Good luck in the new year and I hope your job relents some what, so that you won't always have to be working so hard.

Yes, pictures never convey the majesty of those grands scenic places. I haven't seen either the Grand Canyon or the rockies, sadly, but Mt. Hood and the valleys around it are truly gorgeous, but pictures leave me meh.
