That's not an argument it's a lie. I didn't ignore it, I noticed your replay, I read it, I understood and recognized it was wrong, I saw others expose it as such and am now acknowledging for a second time I read it and what I did. By definition I didn't ignore it. So the only lie here is your if you continue to try and sell it but it's been proven wrong, feel free to deny that if you like :)

HAHAHAHAHA so according to you, here at DP people like you just make up lies and everybody has to follow their fantasy. Awesome! Sorry I live in reality and there's no reality that exists where I ignored your post. You got burned and got burned bad, try something new, I'm sure that will fail too. :)

Also spending large amounts of time in these facilities I'd like to know where are all these facilities (locker rooms and showers) where there is just nudity everywhere? People's "junk" just out and about for all to see? I've never been to a facility where it wasn't one's choice to expose themselves to others or see others exposed. Have I seen nudity? Yes of course, have I been a little nude, topless for a second maybe (college sports facility locker room), yes. But it was still my choice, it's rare and I could have used a stall.

I'm just not seeing anything reasonable that changes the dynamic of public facilities and that all of a sudden puts me in danger or impacts my rights? My public facility routine and situational awareness remains unchanged. So let's hear it, convince me I'm in danger, my privacy is being violated and give me reasons that justifies discrimination against transgenders and why it should be law.

This whole thing sorta reminds of an episode of Star Trek The Next Generation wherein the android Data is, in the end described a new species of being.

I think that "transgender" is homosexuality taken to the inth degree. The very first episode of this, in my memory, was in 1970 with The Christine Jorgensen Story. It got buried and the gay movement was really underground and had a seedy aura about it, so people who knew nothing were naturally sort of intimidated and fearful? of it.

It's not been that long since '69 and people like Bruce Jenner is reeeaaallly more related to science fiction than any reality we're used to. That may seem very harsh on the surface, but if you take it for what it really is (plastic surgery to the umpteenth power) you an see why people shy from it: it seems like trouble to them and they don't want to be involved. I think that the in your face movements of the gay generation have hurt more than helped to instigate knee-jerk reactions and this bathroom thing only took a bad situation and made it worse.

Transgener =/= homsexuality on any level whatsoever. Sexual orientation is independent of gender identity.
