Philando Castile’s Killing

Which has absolutely nothing to do with this case.
This is a citizen who was armed, suspected of armed robbery, and didn't follow police orders.

Seems to me it was more like driving while black.

So what he was armed. It's a open carry state.
He was not stopped because he was a suspect in an armed robbery. He was stopped because of a busted tail light.
How do you know he didn't follow police orders?

Okay, since you are still on the busted tail light thing...

Tell me, where did you gain this knowledge?

The officer, or the female companion?

Who is more likely to know the officer's intentions more?

The officer, or the female companion?

I implore you to actually LISTEN to the Officer's information rather than believing the not so bereaved female from the scene.

Who's more apt to lie to get themselves out of trouble, Cop or woman?

Who's more apt to lie to get themselves out of trouble, Cop or woman?

So the cop lied PRIOR to making the traffic stop?

Or did he go back and get into a studio with his dispatcher to create a fake audio tape of radio traffic from that night?

I mean, what are you actually getting at here? This was audio from prior to the encounter, not after the fact.

Did you bother to listen to the freaking audio or are you just in denial?

So I saw the video again on the news this morning and I had been thinking about something that looked a bit funny: has anybody else noticed that the video was reversed?...
The conspiracy theory subforum is thataway ----->

Castille's death is unjust, not "odd." He didn't have a record, he wasn't doing anything violent, and he got shot to death anyway.

If there's more information I missed, I'd have to find it. I didn't know of any audio tape, so I can't comment any further until I get more informed.

You can start by clicking on either of the two different links I gave you that provide audio from the dispatch center.

Totally wrong about the tail light. Thanks for the info.

you insist you have a leo background
let's benefit from your experience
the audio confirms the cop suspected the driver as a possible robbery perp, causing him to pull the car over
however, would that cop approach the car explaining that he suspected the driver to be a robbery suspect
or would he offer a more mundane excuse for the blue light ... such as an inoperable tail light ... to not tip off the suspect of the real suspicions

I actually discussed that very same principle in a different thread, and I think I did a good job of explaining it.

However, I can't for the life of me remember which thread it was in.....

But in essence, yes, this would make a hell of a lot of sense for the officer to have done. However, even if he had stated that this was the reason for stopping the vehicle initially, it does not change the reality of the situation. So attempting to put the officer's actions in the context of a tail light stop rather than a stop of a suspected armed robbery subject doesn't fit the bill.

And you can't read on top of that.
Now you show you want to continue with the irrational position. Figures.
Your words applied to only you.
Get over it.

I've heard it several times. The officer knew what he was doing and why. I think he just freaked. Statistically, the "traffic stop" is the most dangerous thing a cop does.
