Since you didn't link to it, I will. I believed I could do this. You apparently, believed that you couldn't. Since reality is based solely on what you believe, then you showing the courtesy to link to the thing you reference is impossible for you. Fair enough.

This is a ridiculous response to a probably real state of affairs for some very few in our society.

This seems to me to be more appropriately handled as an ADA consideration with reasonable accommodation being provided when the need is triggered by a complaint. The Reasonable accommodation could be providing 1 unisex washroom as opposed to providing unisex access to ALL bathrooms. Title IX? Ridiculous!

I think this un-legislated directive that comes with threat from the Obama Administration is covered with the Obama's fingerprints:

1. Was not passed because the chump is unable to talk to anyone that doesn't worship him.
2. Comes with a threat because the force of threat is the only way the chump can get anything done.
3. Is a wedge issue that divides the population.
4. Is elitist in its construction and aim.
5. Addresses a problem that really does not exist in any major way for the majority of people in the USA.
6. Helps to shore up the GBLT voting block.
7. Will probably hurt as many as it helps.

I don't deny that there are folks who think they are one gender born in the other gender's body. Woody Allen described himself once a nymphomaniac lesbian trapped in a man's body.

The idea of believing something into reality is intriguing, though.

If nine pro baseball players all believe very strongly that they are only 12 years old, we might be able to predict with certainty the next Little League World Champs.

I know you're not the first to ask. As I said, if you really cared, you could find out what would happen to a male athlete who "declared himself a woman" and sought to complete in the Olympics as female.

Maybe if you made serious, positive points rather than open trap questions mixed up with petty jokes and irrelevancies, people might be interested in have actual discussions with you.

You could go into a Baptist Church and tell them you felt Baptist. I think they would be willing to dunk you into a tank of water....and all of your new beliefs...even you being a Baptist would be constitutionally protected.

Isn't that great!!! You can claim you believe in spaghetti monsters in the sky and no one will question your belief.

With the Progressive, nanny-state nature of the Olympics, no way they would allow MMA without fat gloves and head gear.
