he wasn't willing to pay the price politically and then have the court slap him around like a rented mule. Gun banners at the level he is at aren't stupid. They know what happened to the Dems in 1994

yeah except the number of guns in private circulation has gone up at least 25 million in the last 20 years and gun related deaths aren't rising

we heard the same thing when almost every state allowed SHALL ISSUE CCW

didn't happen

we heard it when the GOP senate allowed the clinton Gun ban to die in 2004

Didn't happen

right now gun banners are batting ZERO when it comes to their predictions about doom and gloom
