While not a gun incident on the part of the perp, the number of incidents after these homeowners solved the problem themselves is now 9,999 instead of 10,002.

Deaths by people possessing legal guns are actually quite rare, including deaths of children.

Studies show at least 750,000 successful stops of felonies per year just by a potential victim having a gun. One study says 2.5 million felonies a year stopped. Suicides happen, the means is not the issue, lack of adequate mental health care is. Why are people obsessed with an inanimate object when it is the person misusing the tool that is the problem? Being a good victim is not the answer, nor is victimhood morally superior to defending oneself or others from attack.

Don't blame the tool, blame the fool.

Let's look at the little girl, she didn't kill any children and the fact is, she killed only one person and that was the instructor, who was dumb enough to allow her to shoot that type of gun. I've taught hundreds of kids to shoot and shoot safely, but with a gun suited for them. You are disingenuous.

The rest of your post is nuts...you are just a troll.
