At least 2,079 Clinton emails contain classified material

The State Department released a new batch of 3,871 pages of Clinton’s emails Monday evening in response to a court order. Of those, 261 contain classified information. Most were at the confidential level, which is the lowest level of classification. Twenty-three of them were at the Secret level.

So what is the indictment waiting on... maybe a DOJ Secretary who wont refuse to prosecute?

I support the FBI vehemently in their email investigation. Although slightly off-topic, I believe the FBI v Apple debate involves a corrupt rogue group bought-and-paid-for by the Clinton Foundation to wreck the FBI's credibility so she can get the potentially-disqualifying hurdle against her in the election out of the way. Yes, conjecture, I know. Yes, conspiracy-theory, I know. But it makes a scary sort-of sense.

It is fairly obvious that a rival government gleaned highly sensitive intel from her emails. Whether this was intentional or not is irrelevant, the FBI needs to get this out of the way before the Apple v FBI fight concludes and leaves its mark - because as of this moment, Hillary Clinton is a threat to our national security.

which is the real problem. she has basically broken the law and everyone is giving her a pass for it except the FBI.
she has committed at this point has to be a federal felony.

they should be dragging her butt the way they wanted to lock snowden up for life.

meh snowden proved that everything is classified now, including our government engaging in unconstitutional and despotic espionage against its own citizens. Hell, probably the kind of kleenex she uses is classified. The legitimate question is how much of this truly should not have been leaked and she should have made damn sure was not leaked. I'm guessing very little

It is interesting though that she is fighting the "top secret" designation on the 20 some emails and wants them released. Of course, she wants to cover her ass, but i'm quite sure if those emails were, say, snooped on by a state department aide, she would have a different tone
