True, but even our wonderful legal system gets it wrong at times, so what ya gonna do. Thing is I believe if someone is kicking my door in or driving off in my vehicle I will be shooting the right guy, but hey I am special and have a talent at picking out criminals, they are the one committing the crime at the time I shoot them, some seem to believe a jury or judge is a better judge of that, strange way of looking at it.
