If we'd just end the war on drugs, decriminalize possession and use, we could disband the DEA and reduce prison populations.

The money saved could be used for better purposes like drug rehab, education programs, etc.
 
Civil asset forfeiture needs to go away now. In the US you are not guilty till judged guilty. Unless of course you have something the government wants.
