Lawmaker to state troopers: 'silly for a state rep to get a ticket'

It is silly. A state rep should know better.

This serves as another example of the false claims people make.

I can understand not giving a ticket to elected congressional representative if its a an emergency. Any other time, you do the crime, you pay the penalty. Simple as that. Every time I've been pulled over by a cop I've been fully co-operative. Everytime I've been pulled over for speeding I've told the cop straight up that yeah, I was speeding. Never contested it in court either. I admit when I do wrong and have no trouble paying the penalty for doing so. It's called honor, honesty and personal responsibility. Hell, I got pulled over once for simply having my brights on while going through town. I said oops, sorry! Cop said that it was an indication that I was driving drunk (most alcohol I ever drink now a days is wine and even that rarely)... and then the cop tried to claim that he smelled pot coming from my vehicle. I told him to go ahead and search if he wanted to. I don't smoke pot. He didn't search my car or me, but I could tell that he went away thinking that I was smoking pot.

Anyways, its not surprising that this state rep tried to play the race card. Seems that's all that is ever done anymore. No honesty. No honor. No responsibility. That's the world we live in now a days. I'm just surprised that he didn't try to use the excuse for not pulling over immediately that he was afraid of the cops because he was a black man and didn't want to get shot. Ya know, black lives matter and all that crap.

Ok, I'll bite... Which one is making the false claim? Your post is too ambiguous. And what, exactly, is the false claim?
Bite?

*Sigh*
The problem here lies with you thinking it is ambiguous.
The video you linked to made it clear. You should watch the idiot make his false claim.

You think I'm a mind reader? I appreciate the confidence in my supernatural abilities, but no, I cannot read your mind. Which person do YOU think is the idiot?

D'oh!

You do not have to be a mind reader to pick up that which was unambiguous. Again watch the video you to which you linked.

In other words, you don't have the backbone to stand for what you believe. Figures.
Lame.
Your supposed inability to acknowledge that which the information you provided shows, indicates no such thing on my part.
And I in no way are required to point out to you that which is obvious.

Your whole position is lame. Which does figure, as that is your norm.
