WASHINGTON — The day before Thanksgiving, President Obama reassured Americans there was “no specific and credible intelligence indicating a plot on the homeland.” Seven days later came an explosion of gunfire and the deadliest terrorist attack in America since Sept. 11, 2001.

What may be most disturbing is not that Mr. Obama was wrong, but that apparently he was right. By all accounts so far, the government had no concrete intelligence warning of the assault on Wednesday that killed 14 people in San Bernardino, Calif.

INEPTITUDE.....FROM THE TOP DOWN!
Stemming from denial ....by B. Husein obama!
And like my sig line says....Denial is a deadly psychological condition.

Ineptitude? Well, I don't know about that. But if YOU are naive enough to believe our gvmt can catch spontaneous under-the-radar attacks? You are a dreamer.

Aaaa....this was not spontaneous, nor under the radar. It was a Homeland Security FUBAR!

The terrorists threw an unknown number of pipe bombs out the window of their SUV, at the police, 12 more completed bombs were found at their home and enough supplies on hand to construct several more. They had 6,700 rounds of ammo...still in the home...plus all the rounds fired at the initial crime scene and all the subsequent crime scenes until their demise.
I say the signs and clues were out there and ignored or intentionally missed, by neighbors, co-workers and Homeland Security.

And in California of all places. A state with restrictive gun laws that penalize honest citizens and do nothing to stop terrorists and criminals.
I am wondering why the media and politicians aren't screaming for justice and new laws on pipes and end caps.

Yes Maggie...Ineptitude. Billions of dollars spent on multiple Federal agencies and their fancy surveillance equipment and a host of new laws since 9-1-1.......and Ft. Hood, Boston and San Berdooo are still happening.

Do you think this will be the last incident? I sure don't. Boston and San Berdoo were tests runs, for a lot more to come!

Who was that? Certainly not the man in Colorado the other day.

There are no radicalized Christians.....or Jews.

(Reuters) - U.S. officials, faced with an evolving threat of deadly attacks by homegrown extremists, are rethinking their strategy on battling domestic terror after Wednesday's assault that killed 14 people in San Bernardino, Calif., the New York Times reported on Saturday.

The United States should beef up airline security by increasing agents in overseas airports, bolster standards for visa waiver programs, and improve communications between officials and Muslim communities to help locate threats, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson told the Times.

Chuck Todd on Face The Nation put this to the AG in DC this morning to her face.

She really had nothing substantial to say in response.

Homegrown terror includes radicalized christians like the PP shooter, and the others, and the anti abortion folk who cheer on the shooting.

Shame you can't see it.

Surprise! Planned Parenthood Shooter Super Into Jesus, Adultery, Lady-Beating | Wonkette

Shame you can't tell the difference between an off the wall nut case and a radicalized individual. That guy in Colorado was no Christian....just a normal, every day run of the mill nutjob criminal. That is not the same as a radicalized muslim.
So...Stop running interference for these terrorists.

Christians as a rule, don't murder innocent people for the pure sake of religion. Murdering babies in the womb....is murder. That pisses off a lot of people. Murdering innocent people randomly, because of a perverted religion, is a different matter.

Of course she didn't...Democrats(liberals) do not have the solution...they suffer from a mental defect as it is.

So murdering "babies in the womb is murder" what are you gonna do about it? Shoot up a Planned Parenthood, or just continue to spread half truths and radicalize your fellow christians?

Your incendiary rhetoric about "murdering babies in the womb" is wrong and only seeks to radicalize your ilk.

But, you can't see the double standard, can you?

Don't you DARE accuse me of helping out terrorists, you got that? I abhor and denounce ALL terrorism in the name of a religious deity.

Ok...I apologize for that....
As far as murdering babies, that is what is happening, many near there full term. I'll just keep lobbying my representatives to have PP defunded!

Not murder, not babies. Read the law, know the law, stop radicalizing people, because we saw what happens when people do that.

You might want to look up the name eric robert rudolph, and then read your signature.

It says
Denial is a deadly psychological condition.

Yes babies and yes murder. I know what the law says, and like many stupid laws, I don't agree with that one. It doesn't mean that I won't abide by it and....I'm not radicalizing anyone.

Once again, you can't tell the difference between terrorism and a common law breaker. Crimes at abortion clinics are one thing. Terrorism is in a field by itself and goes way beyond any common crime.

I don't have to look him up, I'm fully familiar with that guy and I also fully know what my sig line says. I put it there for idiot liberals who keep denying that we have muslim terrorists in this country, and more coming in daily.
This is just the beginning, in a reboot of an old war, from the 6th Century.

Whether you agree with a law or not....it is still there. And we now have radicalized anti choice christian terrorists killing people who are legally doing there job. Where is the condemnation from the religious?

Don't know.......maybe you should be asking that question of obozo in denouncing muslims and actually enforcing Federal Laws.

Maybe you should have directed your rage at the politician who made abortion legal in the largest populated state in the country before Roe v Wade.

I don't posses rage...just disgust for the politicians and courts that passed Roe V. Wade in the first place !!!!

An insidious and ignorant decision!

Hey, who was the politician that made abortion legal in the largest populated state in the US before Roe v. Wade?

Can't tease me beefy.....

Ronald Reagan, as Gov. of California, signed a bill in 1967 that made abortion legal if authorized by a hospital committee that finds the pregnancy will gravely impair a woman’s physical or mental health, or where a local district attorney or court finds probable cause to believe the pregnancy resulted from rape or incest.

And I have no problem with that at all!

What I do have a problem with, is wholesale murder by Planned Parenthood!!! And then selling their organs to the highest bidder.

PP needs to be defunded and Shut Down ...Period!! They are one of the most despicable organizations in the USA!

He legalized abortion in CA. Therefore, according to your views, he was a killer.

On June 14, 1967, Ronald Reagan signed the Therapeutic Abortion Act, after only six months as California governor. From a total of 518 legal abortions in California in 1967, the number of abortions would soar to an annual average of 100,000 in the remaining years of Reagan’s two terms — more abortions than in any U.S. state prior to the advent of Roe v. Wade. Reagan’s signing of the abortion bill was an ironic beginning for a man often seen as the modern father of the pro-life movement.

PP did not sell organs, sorry you haven't figured that out. And no federal funding for PP goes to abortion, again, you haven't figured that out.
