If you ask me I just say legalize drugs and then police their effects rather than to arrest victimless "criminals". Aparrently this drug at hand makes people committ suicide. If they're dumb enough to use this drug then they can Darwin-ize themselves out of our gene pool.

according to the news report I watched last night, they will continued their attack even after several gun shots and it takes multiple men to hold them down.

Handguns have a purpose for defense. The only "purpose" of drugs is personal gratification and we know that most drugs (that are now illegal and even some others) lead quickly to personal harm for even those using them.

Plus, gun ownership is guaranteed by the Constitution, drug use is not.

Or for rational adults who do not persist in delusion, or engage in namecalling. For the record, there are no real spiritual matters, in fact there is no reason to believe in anything spiritual at all.

As horrible as this is, It doesn't change my stance at all on legalization; it strengthens it. People go crazy, police put em down enforcing the laws against violence or the violations of someone's rights, justice is served and the taxpayer only had to cover bullets rather than thousands to imprison and prosecute the maniac.

You think we should legalize a drug that makes people insane enough to eat others naked and then require citizens to carry guns in order to kill those who're naive and ignorant enough to take the psychosis creating chemicals?

That sounds like some really bad stuff. I wonder if it affects everyone the same way. Keeping in line with the zombie analogy, I think a bullet to the brain will stop someone on just about any drug, but then I suppose you never know.

My only other point (which I've had to stop and think about how to word properly) is that making a drug illegal because of how it would make someone act doesn't fix the problem. If a drug is outlawed, then only outlaws will have the drug. Criminalization does not stop them 100% from obtaining it. I think criminalization is a serious problem.

If you're aware of products like 7H, K2, K3, K4, and so on, which attempt to imitate the affects of marijuana then you've probably heard some stories about people using them and going to the hospital for heart problems, or dying. Anyone who's ever smoked a joint knows that weed doesn't do stuff like that to you; it kills no one. Those dangerous drugs are sold as inscents (and trust me that's b.s. because they don't smell good), but people still use them because they (aren't all now) are a legal alternative to marijuana. So every time a brand is made illegal the company changes the ingredients a little (probably making it less healthy each time) and then they market it under a different name. Thats why there's K2, K3, K4. I don't know, but by now there's probably a K5.

What is better? Legalize marijuana, or have people use imitation drugs that are absolutely terrible for their bodies? Perhaps if we didn't criminalize every little drug we stumble upon then people wouldn't be doing all this crazy stuff like bath salts that turn you into a psycho.

And then in 40 years people looked back at how the government
utilized propaganda stating that it would give one murderous tedencies in order
to criminalize this bath salt drug with hidden motivations to prohibit it
from being used as a resource for making paper.
