Now you're just being silly. Sedition is a crime in every nation, and, by US standards, offering comfort to the enemy, is sedition.

Being "indicted" of a crime is not the ultimate indicator of whether a crime was committed. Do you think just because some Middle Eastern countries overlook the crime of rape that the rapists are somehow less guilty?

So --- rape isn't a crime unless there's an indictment. How convenient.
 
I made the mistake of turning Justabubba's dodging of Apocalypse's question into a drinking game last night. I got black out drunk and was horrified to see an ex-girlfriend's number on my phone's call history.

One way you can spot the ideological extremist is he flat out refuses to observe his given principles when carried over into a home scenario. This is why those who criticize Israel cannot...must not...ask themselves whether it would be acceptable to have a moment of silence for the "martyrs" behind the Boston terrorist attacks. To do so would discredit and undo their position instantaneously.
