You people just keep saying that the Israeli regime is fascist. Why? What about regimes like the one in Iran, where gays and men and women violating Islam's rules are executed? What about Syria? Tell me, please. Just as a note: I'm an Israeli. |

A fact, that often isnīt reported.
I donīt care about Israel. Iīm japanese. I visited Iran with my father and the country is great.
I was in Israel too and Israel was ****, full of violence and racism.
You can live in your jewish theocracy. I prefer normal countries.
Btw. Japan has excellent relations to Iran. |

Lean: Conservative Gender: | Re: Germany's Merkel vows to protect Israel... First, I don't care for that kind of language. Especially not towards my country. This is not how you hold a civilized debate, and I haven't attacked your country.
Fine, homosexuals are not executed in Iran. Fine. Then how come Iran has one of the highest annual execution rates in the world?
If you don't care about Israel, why did you visit it? Allow me to doubt that you did visit it. If you did, I'd like to hear why is it full of racism and violence. Maybe you're right. Prove it to me. Don't just throw around phrases.
You liked Iran then, huh? That's fine with me, I hope you enjoyed the religious diversity there, and the free rights & free internet & free media. Maybe that's why you wanted a Farsi source, because their media is so unbiased.
Thank you, I will live in the Jewish-terrorist-theocracy-dictatorship, which by the way, is the only democratic country in the Middle East. Can you perhaps note WHY?
P.S I will not address your replies, if you don't put proper linkage and justify your posts with actual cases, simply because I believe this is not how you hold a proper debate. |

My father was for business reasons in Israel. The people there were not nice and as we drived saturday with our car, even some crazy rabbi threw stones on our car. We will never again step a foot in that disgusting country.
BTW, Israeli should shower more often. Maybe its because iīm japanese, but most of them smelled bad. |

Lean: Conservative Gender: | Re: Germany's Merkel vows to protect Israel... Read this Wikipedia article about women in Iran, particularly Under the Islamic Republic of Iran. Do you consider this normal behavior for a country that is supposed to be free?
As for the stones thrown at your car: I'm sorry to hear that, but that is not a representative view of Israel. It's just one case where extremists threw stones at you. Plus, where's the racism part?
As for the smell: surely, if you've been walking in the streets of the Mehne Yehuda market, in a hot summer day, the smells reaching your nose wouldn't be so pleasant, yes. But trust me, Israelis shower. I hope you're not trying to prove anything by this, because this is a sad argument. |

And about the smell.
That was something that i remember in a very bad way. In that one bus it was very bad.
Iīm from Japan. Iīm neutral. I could compare Iran with Israel. And i like Iran much more. Thats my personal opinion. |

Today the concept of dhimmi is an historical phenomenon and does not exist as an official legal status in any Muslim state, yet much the same discrimination faces Christians today as it did centuries ago, especially in countries like Iran that have reimposed Shari'ah. For many Christians it is a de facto reality of living in a Muslim country that they are thought of and treated as second-class citizens.
In virtually ever Muslim majority context around the world Christians face social discrimination on a daily basis. They are faced with prejudice and social exclusion. Examples include discrimination in employment, under-representation in politics, difficulty in obtaining permission to build churches and exclusion from the top jobs in the civil service or security forces. | Dhimmi Watch: Iran: Christian life worth only a twelfth that of a Muslim |

Lean: Conservative Gender: | Re: Germany's Merkel vows to protect Israel... Saudi Arabia is not a Western Allied Country It's a little rich (and ironical) to compare Iran to Las Vegas, nevermind the relation.
As for the smell - at hot summer days, in crowded buses - what do you expect? I think it's like this everywhere (besides, I'm really not sensitive to smells). And it doesn't have anything do to with this, really, unless you're trying to do the 'dirty Jew' routine.
It's your right to prefer Iran over Israel, but that was not my idea of a discussion. Why even compare these two countries?

According to The Boroumand Foundation[10], there are records of at least 107 executions with charges related to homosexuality between 1979 and 1990.[11] According to Amnesty International, at least 5 people convicted of "homosexual tendencies", three men and two women, were executed in January 1990, as a result of the Iranian government's policy of calling for the execution of those who practice homosexuality.[12] In April 1992, Dr. Ali Mozafarian, a Sunni Muslim leader in the Fars province (Southern Iran), was executed in Shiraz after being convicted on charges of espionage, adultery, and sodomy. His videotaped confession was broadcast on television in Shiraz and in the streets of Kazerun and Lar.
On March 14, 1994, dissident writer Ali Akbar Saidi Sirjani was charged with offences ranging from espionage to homosexual improprieties.
On November 12, 1995, by the verdict of the eighth judicial branch of Hamadan and the confirmation of the Supreme Court of Iran, Mehdi Barazandeh, otherwise known as Safa Ali Shah Hamadani, was condemned to death. The judicial authorities announced that Barazandeh's crimes were repeated acts of adultery and "the obscene act of sodomy." The court's decree was carried out by stoning Barazandeh. Barazandeh belonged to the Khaksarieh Sect of Dervishes. (Islamic Republic Newspaper - November 14th 1995 + reported in Homan's magazine June, 10 1996).
The execution of Ali Sharifi was reported in Hamadan by the Washington Blade in 1998. Sharifi was hanged for having gay sex, adultery, drinking alcohol, and dealing drugs.[citation needed] In 2005, two Iranian teenagers, Mahmoud Asgari and Ayaz Marhoni, were both sentenced to death for what Iranian reports indicated was the rape of the thirteen-year old boy. | LGBT rights in Iran - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
And some say that sex was consensual.
Do you ever get your facts right??? Or do you just say whatever sounds good at the time? |
