Iran may have received an additional $33.6 billion in secret cash and gold payments facilitated by the Obama administration between 2014 and 2016, according to testimony provided before Congress by an expert on last summer’s nuclear agreement with Iran.

Between January 2014 and July 2015, when the Obama administration was hammering out the final details of the nuclear accord, Iran was paid $700 million every month from funds that had previously been frozen by U.S. sanctions.

Exactly why I didn't want Kerry or obama as President....they are weak and inept!

Yep, they gave Iran back its cash in exchange for them stopping their nuclear program. Just think how much better off the world would be if Iran didn't have their money, but did have a nuke.

And now they can freely build a nuke later on.....the Regime just kicked the can down the road a ways......appeasement is a cowards play. obama and kerry are the two biggest numbskulls on the planet.

THE biggest numbskull was the moron who thought 'Merica, with GAWD on it's side, could turn a nation state's society on it's head and plant the 'seeds of democracy in the desert'... :doh

THAT made Iran a regional power and the Decider in Chief couldn't/ wouldn't do anything of substance to stop Iran being a major player in Iraqi politics...

It's long overdue......fight em now when they are weaker, or fight them later after they acquire a nuke. I'm a student of history and I learned that from studying Gen. George Patton and Gen. Douglas MacArthur. They will acquire a Nuke!

In 2002, Hillary Clinton claimed Sadaam Hussein was giving aide and comfort to Al Qaeda. Does she regret saying that ?

In 1998, her husband claimed Sadaam Hussein spent the last 10 years building up his WMD stocks. Where did those stocks go ?

George Bush was the Governor of Texas in 1998, so I doubt he had much foreign policy influence

If so many Democrats were in favor of the invasion, it must have been the right thing to do.

Until it wasn't. Then, it was the Democrats' fault for having supported the invasion in the first place, and their fault for having honored the scheduled troop withdrawal and ignored McCain who said we'd have to be there for a hundred years. McCain was right about that. I'm not sure whether he was in favor of the invasion in the first place or not. Like most politicians, he'd at least like us to think he wasn't in favor of it now that the invasion has proved to be a disaster. Funny how fast pols will flee from a disaster and/or blame the debacle on the other party.

It actually wasn't a disaster, we were making good progress and a lot of military guys were invested in helping the people there....

Thing is, fighting terrorism and militant Islam is a Life Long event. World Peace is an illusion and fairy tale........... liberals don't have the nads for it....I get that! ;)

Ahh the Rabid Right weapons of mass distraction. The 1998 speech President Clinton gave says the UNSCOM weapons inspectors FOUND and DESTROYED 100,000 gallons of chemical weapons, tens of thousands of chem weapons. Ummm THAT'S where the stocks went... :roll:

Sounds rather costly to me.

It also seems to me that imperialism failed back in the 18th. century. Why would it work now?
