Stealth agenda to issue rulings on debt, finance, tech transfers

At the upcoming United Nations Climate Summit in Paris, participating nations have prepared a treaty that would create an “International Tribunal of Climate Justice” giving Third World countries the power to haul the U.S. into a global court with enforcement powers.

Congress would be bypassed – left out in the cold – by this climate deal, critics say.

Policies once left to sovereign nations could be turned over to a U.N. body if the U.S. and its allies approve the proposed deal in Paris during the summit scheduled for Nov. 30-Dec. 11.

Russian Media Take Climate Cue From Skeptical Putin
The indifference reflects widespread public doubt that human activities play a significant role in global warming, a tone set by President Vladimir Putin, who has offered only vague and modest pledges of emissions cuts ahead of December's U.N. climate summit in Paris.

One of the few times I agree with Putin.

Not sure I buy this, but even so the article points out the motives.

"Rucker points out that more than 130 developing nations – “led by South Africa and instigated by China and India” – are insisting they will not sign a climate deal in Paris unless it contains massive redistribution of wealth from developed to poor nations."

If you seen to be upset by that news...................Have you ever bothered to read the various trade agreement? Wake up son......these folk have been taking your money for years and you have not even noticed

My understanding is that any one of the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council can veto substantive measures proposed by the U.N. membership. The U.S.A. is one of those five.

I'd say that unless our seated President was insane, s/he would instruct our ambassador to veto any punitive measure aimed at the United States.

Ironically, when I tried to look up info on the OP claim, only infowars is making the same silly claim, plus a few tiny blogs basing their blog entries on WND and infowars.

To place this in the hands of the UN makes economic sense. Global warming is said to be a global external effect that can only be regulated at the global level. It is very much like pandemic control or global security.

All I know is that the UN has a pretty much socialist crap agenda and the US needs to divorce itself from the UN.
