It is simple the wage should be min. wage (or Higher) in whatever state you live in! And people can say our stuff will go up til they are blue in the face guess what? I do not CARE because I am already paying a frigging fortune in my tax money for the illegals that are milking our system in this country!

I would much rather our gov. focus on getting these illegals out and helping our local legal farmers with big tax cuts than this ****!!!!!!!!!!

Sure it is. Go around and ask people you know (and people you don't) if they would perform 8 hour days of working in the fields, picking tomatoes, berries, and beans in the high light of sun, easily 90 degrees and higher, for 7 bucks an hour.

Economic trend analysis outweighs what you perceive as the truth.

sorry but alot of americans do crappier jobs that that for minimum wage

There are about 1.5 to 2 million illegals working in the heat in the fields. These are the really desperate, most ignorant, fresh from just breaking in illegals. The rest of the 18 million or so illegals have left the fields and have moved on to taking those jobs that Americans do want.

No, most Americans won't, and shouldn't have to, work for that lowest wage that a desperate and exploited illegal is forced to work for.
