Crap I forgot a couple things, 1) Im learning, so yes I need to do my homework so Im am trying to educate myself. 2) I was corrected, yes its not illegal immigrants that we disagree on its actual immigration period. Sorry about that!
I have a question to those that are for illegal immigration.
Recently I "Heard" so an so is sad or worried if trump gets in, He will deport her parents immediately, because they are illegal immigrants, while she was born here in America and is a citizen.
My some what direct question is, if she is worried about her parents being deported, why did or why is her parents not going through the proper immigration process?
If the people that are worried about being deported now because of threat of deportation, why are they not trying to go through the due process. Secondly, if deportation was always a fear, why did they NOT go through the process when they came into America. As they say its only illegal until you are caught. So I am supposed to feel bad that your parents will get deported because you failed to follow the rules set forth by this country? And only now under threat of deportation its a big huge problem?
Im sure there are many many many excuses...... but the fact of the matter is, there is a process.... to those that will question me. Yes, I have actively gone through the process and well aware of all that it takes to legally migrate here. I have experienced all the Visa processes, paid my fair share of those cost, along with the long lines, interviews, waiting, applications etc etc.
Why did I have to go through this process? Why did I have to pay? What is the point of having any of these processes if those that came in illegally, are able to naturalize. Secondly, they still got jobs "They have been working here in america for 20+ years" Somehow they got jobs even though they didnt go through the process. Somehow they got treated at hospitals and got the necessary care when they were sick? Why do I have to go through all the processes that I did, if they got the same opportunities that I had but yet are not bound to the same rules and regulations set forth?
TL : DR
You (General you, not actual you) are worried about being deported, why did you NOT go through the due process? what is your excuse and now fear of deportation what steps are being taking to avoid it?
