A little extra info: Apparently he was detained for something back in May 2014, ICE was notified & they put a detainer on him, but he was released by local police without notifying ICE.

There are more murder by people in the USA legally than illegally...

Another Illegal-on-Cop attack, this time in Alabama:

Summerdale police Corporal Vince Miller was forced to call for emergency back-up when he and his partner were overpowered and attacked by three men on a traffic stop.

The driver was the one who initially resisted when he was arrested for DUI, but Cpl. Miller says the situation took a potentially deadly turn when the driver’s two buddies got out of the car.

Miller took two or three good licks and was bitten by one of the men.

The suspects are all illegal immigrants from either Mexico or Central America.

The men have been charged with multiple crimes including assault, eluding, resisting arrest, DUI, public intoxication, obstruction and refusing to aid an officer.

The Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office has charged 40-year-old Michael Rodriguez Garcia with rape and sodomy of two minor victims.

Garcia, who came to America illegally, was convicted by a jury and sentenced to four life sentences to run concurrently for the rape and sodomy charges. He also received an additional 10 years on the charge of enticing a child for purposes of performing sexual acts.

Yet another child rapist:

Authorities have charged a Woodbury man with sexually assaulting a child on multiple occasions in the last two years, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

Juan Campos-Morales, 33, was arrested by officers from the prosecutor's office and Woodbury Police Department on Friday.

Allegations of abuse were reported to a city school teacher, officials said.

The victim is described as less than 16 years old. The alleged crimes occurred in Woodbury.

Campos-Morales is a native of Guatemala and is believed to be living in the United States illegally, according to the prosecutor's office. Federal authorities have been notified of his arrest.

4 Future Democrat voters charged with a slew of crimes, including rape:

Four illegal aliens from Guatemala are charged in the rape of a Massachusetts woman and the vicious beating of her boyfriend, and one of the suspects was arrested less than a month before the attack -- but he was not reported to immigration authorities.

Ariel was also convicted of drunken driving and disorderly conduct and sent back to Guatemala in May 2014, but he re-entered the U.S. at some point, Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Shawn Neudauer told The Herald. Jarquin-Felipe was also deported to Guatemala in 2014, but managed to again cross the border to the U.S. undetected.

The quartet has been saddled with a slew of charges: Elmer is charged with rape, kidnapping, threatening to commit a crime and assault with a dangerous weapon; Ariel is charged with unarmed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, indecent assault and battery, kidnapping and witness intimidation; Adan and Jarquin-Felipe were charged with indecent assault and battery and kidnapping. All four have pleaded not guilty.

An illegal immigrant could be charged with negligent homicide in a deadly car crash that killed a volunteer firefighter and his two young children.

Police say on March 31 in Wylie, Texas, Margarito Quintero swerved into oncoming traffic on on State Highway 78, slamming head-on into Captain Peter Hacking's vehicle. Hacking and two of his children, four-year-old Ellie and 22-month-old Grayson, were killed in the wreck.
