...Recall that this summer the administration insisted the thousands of Central American illegal immigrants it was waving across the border would be put into deportation proceedings and those who did not qualify for asylum would be removed. You’d think, then, that there’d be bigshot D.C. journalists interested in finding out how many actually bothered to attend their immigration hearings.You’d be wrong.But the investigative unit at Houston’s KPRC, Channel 2, decided to ask. And when they didn’t get an answer, they persisted. And persisted. And finally got some answers. Looking at the completed cases of people who snuck over the border and were released over a three-month period, the reporter found that more than 90 percent of them didn’t show up for their immigration hearings and joined the illegal population. Surprise!...

We are now deporting only the "worst of the worst" so that should be no surprise at all. With 12 to 20 million that have already "slipped through the cracks" of our (just pretend?) immigration law enforcement system, the latest wave of "undocumented" arrivals will patiently await their (almost assured?) amnesty.

Almost a week and not one replay by the pro-illegals on this site. Why am I not surprised? Seems like the only time they come out of the wood works is when they think they have a chance to scream xenophobia and racism and make false statements.

it doesn't take an illegal alien pro to figure out that if you take a person coming across the border and ship them all across the country not having a way to communicate or return to court in Texas, the're not gonna make it back for a court date.

Maybe overwhelmed immigration judges found a great way to clear a lot of cases...call a name, wait for a "Here"...if no here, that judge rejects and moves on to the next name.

How else is an over-worked system going to hear 56,000 cases in 5 months without some fast justice.

Or, here is a great idea. DO NOT LET THEM LEAVE, KEEP THEM UNTIL THE TRIAL, THEN DEPORT THEM!

OR RELEASE THEM INTO VERY LIBERAL CITIES..

And worse still, the silence confirms they know they royally screwed minority US citizens in cities all across the Nation by making job stealing illegal aliens exploiting the US "legal" and they don't want to have explain why they cheerfully did so.

well those cases should have never made it to court. they should have been turned around right there and sent back and denied access into the US.
that is what an intelligent president would have done.

instead he shipped them all over the US and just let them out into the general population.

Liberals can not think...I guess that is why we have such laws that allow them to release these criminals.

We need to keep them in custody and have judges speed it up.

When tens of thousand of criminals are released, including members of MS-13, Rapists, Murders and Child Molesters into Our nation, into Our state, into Our cities, into Our Neighborhoods, we do not find a single thing funny about this....

How the **** could this be funny?

Costing Americans billions of our hard earned tax dollars being wasted on criminals that should not have been allowed to be here, then released know full well they would never show up...

that could have been done at the discretion of the Border Patrol agents in the field...they could have very well turned back mothers and their children at the border.

Air Bases, National Guard Bases, Schools, Summer Camps, Empty Jails/Prison,

Only for a few days, then we fly them back home using planes for Airlines or if need be the Air Force.
