In 1939 The Soviet Union invaded Finland...

your celebrating a nazi victory, Finland was allies with the nazis against the soviet union and their evil american allies

With respect to an alliance with Germany, you are referring to agreements between the Fins and Hitler after the Winter War, correct?

after the collapse of the russian empire finnish conservatives tried to setup their own country, even a finnish monarchy at one point, they were always against marxists, socialists, communists, the fact that they didn't officially ally with the nazis until a few months after this war, is meaningless. Finnish victories against soviets are often glorified by neo nazis as its more politically correct, than outright celebrating nazis.

The same way they call themselves "right-libertarians" instead of fascists ;)

Well, you claimed the Winter War as a nazi victory: how are you making the connection?

in the same sense that a japanese victory in china would be a nazi victory, the people were all the same.

It has meaning.... Meaning you refuse to understand.

I'm not really sure what the point of this thread is.

Yes, the Finns showed remarkable resilience in defeating the Red Army during the initial stages of the war, only to be beaten back once the Soviets got their **** together. Finland was lucky to escape with their independence intact, even though it involved a great deal of Soviet influence over the course of the Cold War.
