I have that shirt, my uncle got it for my 21st birthday. I think that getting hung up on tragic events in the past is a fruitless gesture, like it or not international relations is more or less pure Hobbesian state of nature and a bunch of indians didn't have what it took in a purely Darwinian sense.

I believe every verified Indian group was giving some land to them for their tribes to live in. Their land has nothing to with the U.S.A. except about gambling like the many casinos they opened, that is govenered by the state laws they are in.

Foxwoods Casino in Conn run by the Indians has no state or local police there. They can only enter if they are called by the tribe or if they are off duty. That tribe has its own court too.

Every tribe that was issued land, meant that they could put their cassino on that land.
In R.I. former Gov Chaffee passed through congress a bill making it illegal for any R.I. tribes to have any gambling on their land.
R.I. is the only state that the Indians got $CREWWED!!!
Wonder why his Son Chaffee got booted out???
BTW: Chaffee has just announced he will run as a Dem from now on.
I hope to send him packing once again.

I have had both shirts "My Heroes Have Always Killed Cowboys" and "Fighting terrorism since 1492."
My favorite was the "My Heroes Have Always Killed Cowboys" shirt.

I like the 1492 shirt, but the cowboy shirt offends me. It seems racist. It's too close to saying "kill whitey".

Not pointing you out specifically but I think that’s a huge problem in the US today that people seem to live to be offended.

Maybe I feel that way because the only time I've ever seen it was a bumper sticker on a coworker's car. She definitely had a "kill whitey" attitude, even though she was about 99% white.
