As opposed to my other thread, which historical figures do you hate the most? You can hate them for their crimes against humanity, war crimes, deceitful tactics or anything!
I'm certain that Hitler and Stalin will pop up on this list numerous times.

Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, Pinochet, Andrew Jackson, Mussolini, August Miete, Fulgencio Batista, Nicolae Ceaușescu, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi (Sha of Iran), The Kim Dynasty in the DPRK, The Saud family in Saudia Arbai,.
All I can think of right now....

Eternity is an awfully long time, especially towards the end.
Hi, I'm from Europe, where the history comes from.

Vlad the Impaler, if for no other reason than because Dracula was based on him. what other real historical figure led to the creation of one of the most well known fictional monsters?

I thought this would be a discussion of numerous imagined and mistaken creatures from the past. Darn.
"Things are not made much better by our national tendency to engage in bureaucrat-bashing. One has to have some perspective on this.[...] Both markets and governments have their imperfections; many things we might want to do collectively require us to choose between unsatisfactory alternatives."-James Q. Wilson, Bureaucracy, 1989.

Maybe Thatcher but seems a little harsh considering humanitys history so will probably go with Napoleon, guy was a right little prick.

And he said to Saint Peter "One more soldier reporting for duty, sir. I served my time in HELL"
