European countries would be at the bottom of the heap if they were US States. So much for the great benefits of socialism. The Swedish group TIMBRO did a study comparing the EU countries to US States... their best countries rank in the bottom 5 states! And we should copy what these morons have done?

We have, and look at what it's brought us. Massive debt and class warfare (the favorite weapon of the socialist). ObamaKare will simply add to the misery and afford the Socialists the opportunity to "fix" (increase) the defecation they slid in front of the American people.

Nonsense, this case had nothing to do with Obamacare but with the government following the rules established a long time ago.

Sebelius just followed the pre-obamacare rules about transplants. Obamacare did not change those rules.

Socialist systems might have long waiting times but the US does not have an socialist health care system so bringing it up serves no purpose at all because it has no bearing on the US health care system.

And no recourse? The girl's parents took her case to court and there was the recourse, government corrected government. The judge said Sebelius had to allow the girl being placed on a list for which she according to the rules was not eligible.

No death panel to begin with and a case that has nothing to do with Obamacare.

I do not believe you are familiar with the US Constitution. Read Article V. It allows for the states to call for a convention to propose amendments. It is not a constitutional amendment, as you imply.
