The Lose Weight Diet - FREE weight loss diet plan

If anyone here is trying to lose weight, they should definitely try out this diet!

But seriously, this is a great site that explains the only real way to lose weight and keep it off, and offers a few articles on topics and even a food info site which I'll link to below that really helps when you're trying to document what you're eating and what's in your food.

I am trying to change some of my attitudes about snacking after dinner time. I like to feel full, and I should go to bed a little hungry.

There is no shortcut to losing weight other than healthy diet + exercise. Anyone suggesting differently is trying to scam you. Regular aerobic exercise will burn fat, and with consumption of non-fatty calories you can shed pounds.

I believe there is a bit more to losing weight than this plan suggest. I take in about 800 calories less a day than the calculator on the site said I need, but I'm not losing at all.

I think there are more combinations of factors that affect weight, and each person is seeking the combination of tools that is easiest, and most effective, for their body today.
