States With Legal Marijuana-Don't Admit To Smoking-Lose Gun Purchase Right-ATF

hmmm.. actually as the question is currently defined.. if you are using marijuana.. then the answer you should give is yes.. to be consistent. Marijuana is federal illegal.
But its not illegal in the state. The question asked is 'unlawful use'. If you are a Colorado resident and marijuana user..the use of marijuana is not 'unlawful'. Its a bit of a conundrum.

Yes...and as I noted earlier, come January that will murky things up a bit. It will NOT impact private sales of firearms, nor will it impact ownership or possession.

This will be resolved probably sooner rather than later in the courts.
