will we see cheaper ammo and firearms?

My dad collects automatic knives as well. I picked up a walden press button in pretty good shape from a recent gun show.

Do the dealers keep the knives visible in Ohio.. or do you have to ask if they have any "one handed knives"?

Ohio claims its a misdemeanor to sell them to non cops. No one enforces that. So yes they have them openly on display. I asked a FBI Special Agent a few years ago since we both knew a dealer was bringing them across state lines from PA. He said since Heller, the switchblade act is probably going to be found unconstitutional since there is no rational reason fro the law and anyone who claims an automatic knife is more dangerous than say a spyderco or a fixed blade knife will be laughed out of court.

thanks for satisfying my curiosity.

In NY.. the law was sketchy because the law allowed one handed opening knives if you were disabled or were a holder of a valid hunting or fishing license..

Dealers kept them out of site.. you had to ask if they had anything that opened with one hand. then they would decide whether to show you what they had.

Talk about a stupid law.
