Guns have no rights. They are inanimate objects incapable of emotion or thought. As such these non living things have no rights to life like humans do. Please stop using the term gun rights. It's absurd. If you feel guns are people, then arrest them for mass murder.

I don't use the term "gun rights." I use the term "2nd Amendment Right," or "The Right to Keep and Bear Arms."

It's actually the anti-gun folks that blame guns as if they are to blame for the actions of people, by using terms like Gun Control, as if guns themselves are running around the streets kiiling people and therefore must be controlled.

Don't bother wasting your time. This one's a special case.

The right to bear arms is a misunderstanding in modern times.

What it MEANT was that you have the right to possess the arms of a bear. Ie the right to bear arms

People kill people, so they should all have access to nukes?

Fascinating. What's your thoughts on the polar ice shelf?

I like when I start to read a thread and it fails within just a few words.

The term "gun rights' doesn't mean guns have rights, but that people have a right to guns. I fail to understand how that isn't obvious.

Take a look at this guy's previous posts/threads. This thread was bound to fail before it even started.

I'm a big defender of the right of citizens to carry self protection, even in the form of firearms but there's a limit to when that personal freedom infringes upon the safety of others. And it's something that needs regulation to some degree. But restricting law abiding people from firearms that are easily attained by criminals isn't a fair situation either. As with most issues there's a compromise.

If you disarm the criminals first, it will work. I assure you
