We Need Truck Control Legislation

Background checks should be mandatory for anyone wishing to own, buy, rent, or use a truck. Closing the loopholes at truck shows should be a top priority. Completely against registering them which is what they do now but I see no problem with issuing people a license. The license should be the same requirements as a voter ID card. If your a legal citizen you qualify and if you break the law you might get it suspended or in some cases perminately revoked.
