but won't that bite you after you fail to do anything about the violence? according to the op video all you need to do is follow current laws and keep violent criminals in jail so if your power hungry position why not go that route?

making the streets safe should get you votes from just about every one
 
so most gun deaths in the country are suicides should we require gun owners to get ther mental health tested on a regular basis?
