Drug dealers are only there because of the idiots who use this crap and steal and rob to pay for it. Seems the Sheriff was right after all.

I could swap out your first sentence for any other and it would fail to lead to the conclusion in the second sentence just as hard.

Hmm. Yup. Those make about as much sense






Listen: The point was terribly simple. A drug dealer's family was killed due to the dealer's actions in the drug trade. It does not make sense for random people not in the drug trade to buy a lot of guns in response. What does make sense is not to be a drug dealer. Or, I suppose, arm yourself to the teeth if you are. (Something that doesn't necessarily strike me as a positive)

In order to refute you did not use the data given but substituted something you could attack. Brilliant but you were not the first to think of a strawman argument. It fails abysmally but thanks for the lovely demonstration of the principle.
