I'm not really a big gun fanatic although I've owned and been around them all my life. Many of my relatives, and good friends own firearms. All of them are good, honest, law abiding citizens. I'd much rather them be armed than the criminals I hear about every day in this city.

Sure, I own guns as well, and have been around THEM all life my too. But do you want mass killers to have the means for mass shootings?

Because people like you focus on the how and not the why and want to limit or remove a god given right in the name of public safety.

nor do they matter to gun hatting lefties who only pretend to care about dead children so they can use the blood of innocents to smear conservative gun owners and the NRA. The big difference is that we don't engage in the fraudulent shedding of crocodile tears and pretending we care as you gun banners do

People have impulses all the time. The ones who act out on those impulses do so - because they have the means. So flailing your arms or swinging with a knife or baseball bat is not the problem in acting out, assault rifles and high cap magazines have shown themselves to be the problem with acting out with mass shootings.

So it isn't why, and never has been.

you seem to think anyone who doesn't buy into your bannite schemes somehow supports mass murderers being armed. Its like saying anyone who opposes the cops torturing suspects and breaking into homes without warrants actually supports "criminals"

so you are admitting you want to ban people owning guns, that is the only logical conclusion we can draw from your silly comment. and you are engaging in prevarication again since assault rifles are never used to commit murder in the USA. not legal ones that is. find me one case where a civilian who is not a cop, has used an assault rifle that was legally owned at the time of the crime, killed an innocent person

Mass shootings are horrible and definitely get the attention of the media, but the numbers are small in comparison to the number of people killed by little thugs and criminals who are breaking the law by carrying guns. Stricter law enforcement against street level violent crime might help but the BLM crowd won't like it.

Thanks for proving the point. It never why did the person commit the crime ( where the real focus should be if we want to stop similar crimes from happening to again.)

Oh, I couldn't agree with you more! I think for instance that Oakland PD should just let loose the dogs of war, but no chance of that. THEN there's the guy in Oakland that bought 91 guns from a Las Vegas gun store and sold them on the Oakland streets. So knowing what will work now and what we get away with first, which should we choose?

We didn't have a bunch of gun control in this country prior the huge problem with people and guns.

many of us took an oath to defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Those who want to ban guns are arguably enemies of the constitution. why do you hate the constitution?

there was lots of gun control imposed by the Klan. To them the problem was people they wanted to lynch and victimized were able to fight back

if you read what he is saying, he wants to ban guns before someone can misuse them. that is his real point

Because you think the tool is the reason for the crime. Instead of reasons like poverty, mental health, and etc.. or do you think murders and mass mas murders only happen when common people go guns?
