Basically...
#1 you buy the hydro dip kit
#2 spread a special sheet of camo (and there are many to choose from) on a bucket of water (it floats)
#3 whatever parts of your gun you want to camoflauge, you just dip it into the sheet and then take it out and let it dry.
#4 Admire the beauty, this stuff is seriously better than your average spray painting and can transfer picture-perfect quality camo on your gun (and even anything else other than a gun that you feel like dipping) that's also surprisingly durable.
This short little video shows you what it can do. The guy dips his hand (now he's got a badass carbon fiber hand...).
You can also go to any NAPA store and they sell a product that you can spray on, or dip if you get the large can of liquid, your tool handles (or your gun stock or pistol grip) that coats it in rubber or plastic depending on the product type for better gripping and it prevents slipping if your hand is sweaty or if its raining.
