Baltimore Editorial Tells the Truth

Fortunately there are no crackheads within 20 miles of here and my community is gated.

yeah its easy to pretend no one else needs guns against the wolves when one lives in the sheep pen:mrgreen:

1) we would leave
2) we would leave

3) we would disassociate ourselves from them

Fortunately we don't have retarded friends even if some are gun nutters.

disassociate with them over having guns?.. well, that goes to show how much respect and trust you have with them.... literally none.

sorry man.. but those aren't friends... they are barely tolerated acquaintances.

Heh!!

Just before Christmas the guy behind me in line at the checkout noticed I was carrying. We ended up having a pleasant conversation about holsters.

Do you know the gun owners in your circle? - Baltimore Sun

So Tricia Bishop decided to give her opinion. Good for her!

That should give you an idea of the mindset we're talking about here but it isn't the whole "gun owner/sexual predator" thing that struck me. It was something she wrote in the paragraph just before.

So there you go. Black kids shooting each other doesn't bother her because she's white and doesn't have to go in those parts of town.

That, my friends, is some pretty revealing truth!!

Gun control advocates say that kind of thing all the time and then another "well meaning" gun control advocate says, "Nobody said that, come on." No wonder nobody believes them, they lie.

That wouldn't work where I live. Everyone has guns, even the liberals.

I'm not as most of them don't and those who do don't carry around me (respect). None of them leave guns about the house as they are not retarded.

So they respect your opinion but you don't respect theirs? Interesting.

So in other words you are an asshole. Yea that sums it up nicely.

That's a good thing, and sounds like where I live as well. Although, we do have enclaves of hippy hipsters left over from the sixties, but those folks are either too old to make trouble or their brain cells are too fried to remember how.

Damn I apologies I thought I was in another thread and place. I am very sorry.

In a society where any irresponsible and crazy nutjob can waltz into a Guns 'R Us and buy military-grade weaponry, can we at least know if the creepy neighbor down the road has a gun in his house?

I have some gun nutter friends they know better than to carry near me and my wife or have guns in the open in their houses when I'm there.

I take it that you will berate them with harsh words?

No. No you cannot.

!

Not to mention that the idea of the sexual offender registry was only lightly studied before it was implemented, and that it has not worked as promised, and that many in the field are now saying that we need to at least take a hatchet to the lists and probably should end the lists so any calls to use the existence of these lists to promote similar lists indicates that the speaker is not aware of how many experts have over time become apposed to these lists, at least to how they are currently constructed.

As someone else said...No, you cannot.

I would add, though...what, exactly, is your definition of "creepy"? I wonder if it would match my definition? Maybe I would match your definition and maybe you would match mine?

btw, you post is typical of a liberal/progressive/Democrat in that you seem to think you know best...that your way of emotional thinking is what everyone should be doing and you don't mind using the government to impose your way on everyone.

We have Rainbow Children in our area every once in awhile. It took a few years but the sheriff finally got through to them as how to behave while they are up here, for their own safety.
